One of many thing he said publicly on his stream was :

There were more defaming comments, many more.... I wonder, what would other admins do ?

Half-Life 2 Deathmatch is already a very small and dying community. The last thing it needs is trolls running off the already established player base and even worse running off any new players that might start. As for the people that that don't like a map, or server settings or dont know how to be a good sport or civil, noone is forcing you to play on said server, you can always leave... This is why I have 0 tolerance for B$. On any server I run people get one warning and thats it. After that its a ban, and not just a ban on my servers other peoples as well because I share my ban list. The only way to stop a troll is to remove them from the equation entirely. Trolls want attention, thats why they do what they do. Don't give it to them just remove the problem and go on living life.

if he presents any argument as to why he thinks the server is "shit", we should treat them as constructive criticism, even if they are hostile in nature.
right now, he hasn't said anything in the chat on the server, so there's no need to take action.

Alright,

So there was already a temporary ban for the defaming in twitch.
The player came back today and this is what happened:

We were playing with a newer player, Clint who is super friendly and that guy arrives and plays at tryhard, hardly any greeting, no ns (only replied TY if told ns), continues to hit HARD on clint, no talking, makes a sensei, Clint just mentions a little but that is hard, but he continues. At some point the name rings a bell to me... so I decided to ask a few US friends about the plyer and they tell me that he is a troll.
Troll killing weaker player isn't new... - so, see the chat below:
