I am starting this thread because Mak and I were not enjoying ourselves ingame today.

It would appear that that player has 2 playing modes :

1. When losing : (or at least not being 1st)
NewYorkRiverDragon : gg, gonan hop in amother server where peopel are playing
NewYorkRiverDragon : ggs
NewYorkRiverDragon has left the game from United States (STEAM_0:1:5765556)

2. When winning :
NewYorkRiverDragon : WEAK

Did anyone else notice that behavior?

Also he has PVT'ed me Many times complaining about how Zeitgeist point system is stupid and the settings are stupid, yet, somehow he kept on coming back, go figure.
All in all, I am not sure what he is bringing to us apart from a headache...

Well, I've never played with him but from what I see in your post; I don't think he/she has done something clearly unacceptable.
Hence I don't think he/she should be punished since there is not many players around
