Server improvements suggestion

As the proposals are completed, they will be crossed out.
  • Spawn sparks replace with screenoverlay +better performance, less spawnkill, can be better looks
  • Epic explosion plugin remove +better performance, realistic looks
  • Volume setting for chat sounds +it's too loud
