SSS BANS good players like Tashtigo

So apparently SSS bans players because they can bhop
What kind of management is this? and why do so many players support that server with admins who act this way?

Especially their maps are trash, 90% of the time there is some player camping in a secret room with crossbow or RPG and if you don't know the map: you are screwed, because you keep getting killed over and over again. Ruins motivation completely
Surprised to hear that they ban Bhopping players, since Bunnyhop is very important and well used in Most source engine games especially in hl2dm.

Reasons why when I play hl2dm (rarely), I only play on your server because there are always friendly players, good maps and competent/skilled admins and bunny hopping is allowed (also the improved movement is good)
I'm very glad you guys have not banned me because of my game ban on Steam, there was a topic created about me on this forum 1 year ago

I was banned there not just for BH. There is one person with pronounced marginal manifestations in behavior, and he began to allow himself all sorts of offensive statements during the game, while hiding in some kind of seret room behind an invisible wall. The bottom line is that I didn't react to his attempts to hurt me, I just tried to smoke him out of his hideout. And I figured out his tactics. When he was left with no way to hide, I just kicked his ass. Silent and calm. The poor fellow could not do anything at all, he simply did not know how to jump, run, shoot and hit. He's like that stink bug that fell on his back and couldn't get up because of his fat belly. After the round I was banned because it was a stupid admin.

The question remains, how are they full day and night with such behaviour
