Got the same response from steam a while back, unfortunately it did not lead to anything but i am happy more people are reporting it to them.
The zeitgeist spam was not an incident, that was done deliberately because your taking a stance against them. He likes to taunt and did the same with Bouncy the day i made my original post.

So, this is Steam's approach to the problem which is destroying their server. (READ BELOW)
After one year of this happening and Steam doing Absolutely Nothing about the issue, it is safe to say that they are ignoring this on purpose. What the purpose is I am not sure but my bet would be on corporate greed.
The game does not bring the company enough money, let it be killed by scammers. Ignoring countless requests from long time players does not mean anything to them. It is after all a business.
Until we are able to reach a famous youtuber or such a personality we can be certain that Steam will not move a finger about this at all. The only way we can get them to do something about this is with awareness (outing the information)
So if anyone knows of someone with a famous twitter / tiktok / youtube etc account - please do reply below so that we can contact them about this issue. It will be our last hope.
The other way will be to open our own platform to allow players to connect to the game. So like in the old days, a LAN game, there might be a way to link that to Discord or some other chat platforms, we need to see about that.
So Steam is purposefully killing their low money generating platforms and it might be time to start thinking about alternatives.
