Ok I have read enough to come to a conclusion.

1. Blo0d: stop using rude words and throwing negativity at everyone including me of all people. We are here to help and make the server a friendly place. Not to fight. We are not VG.
2. Zen stop using rude words and please do not use punishments or kicks on blo0d without going through me first.
