Ok so,

Now that MATCH is almost ready we need to decide how to do the final tweaks in accordance to whom we want to appeal to :

We have 2 options

1. We want to appeal to the competitive players (this is a tall order, because they are very difficult, and you cannot teach old dogs new tricks, they will always want female_03 and are used to old commands with many !!!!! lol)
Either way, on both options, the commands will remain what they are - the idea was to create a new improve product :) And I hope we have achieved this.
If we go with option one we are Absolutely not allowed to disappoint, and we must then test the server many times, before opening, so perhaps Harly and I or someone else can do some matches there so we can iron the kinks.
We would also need to:
-Remove kill streaks, postal and sensei
-Leave speed at 1 and gravity at 600
-Remove many more effects (some were already removed)
install Female_03 and standard combine
Also I am sure about FF ! FF cannot be switched ON or OFF During a map, ... so we either have it on, and enjoy the funny parts when a match is NOT underway, then during match no funny animations etc...
Or we just switch it off entirely but we lose the nice parts ...
-Here we would have to leave the DM Vote, because apparently it is a requirement for 1v1 matches, go understand... lol

2. We decide that we want to use it more for ourselves, and that others must like what we like :
-Speed at 1.2, and grav at 580
-Leave Postal and Sensei and Killstreaks
-Leave effects as they are now
-Leave the blue and red models (which I like ...)
-We disable DM, makes no sense to have DM at ALL for a match server in MY opinion

So I would be for variant 2.
- I think the models are great
- I actually like the 1.2 Speed ​​and the 580 gravity.
I also think that the others will get used to it because it's just better !!!! That is a fact.

Thank Harly, means a lot , was a lot of work.

Although i DO prefer option 2 for myself ... my only concern is that we are now moving away from the match server standard and creating our own ... This is a decision that will be difficult to change later. Once the tox.. i mean pro players would have tried it, they will never come back lol,

on the other had I do agree with you, we are paying / working hard for it ? so why the HECK shouldn't it be what WE love ;D :tongue2

However, given the conservatism of pro-players, one can lose a certain base of participants on this. The old school is very wayward, they don’t need many improvements, some of those players even get in the way. They don’t need bolts that hit two targets at once, they didn’t take seriously the idea of ​​capturing a grenade launcher, they had trained movement for years, and such nuances as gravity or speed would be hard to beat according to their technique. Their motto is leave it as it is and don’t touch it.

It is necessary to proceed from what priorities are important for this server. It should be warm, cheerful and original, or standard, on which the old school can meet in tournaments.

You need pro-players - the server must be authentic. You need style and originality, then you need to leave your own settings.

you get used quickly ...
I agree with thasitgo ... it's hard for me to decide, so you really know better :) I like the second option, but do older players like them?
postal and sensei are staying? :slam

Currently the postal and sensei are there, I am looking at a simpler version of it, perhaps just the killstreaks, but not the postal and sensei , or a toned down version of it ...
