The NOBAR was always temporary as a vote, let us now vote on what we want to keep

I am NOT sure, as a miner i HATE minewhore lol, i'd rather have people vote nomine, because the trouble with minewhore is it is on until it is off, nomine is off for just a map , ... so really I do not know ~! does anyone have suggestions ?
