I already told you, NewYorkRiverDragon is right, sometimes removing something or rtv needs the afk players votes, and it is bs.

The NOX repeatedly RTV most maps he does not want to play and it starting to annoy me , the issue really is when new players are downloading bigger maps and then he RTV before they join they just dont come back. I have asked him in chat several times to stop RTV maps but this has been ignore several times.

Well - now the server does this
When one person votes: the server counts the players who are NOT in spec. Then the rule is this :

If 1 player : 1 vote needed
if players < or = 5 : 2 votes needed (should we change this to 3 ?)
if players < 10 need = half player amount votes needed
anything more than 10 : 5 votes needed

RTV's are counted in map ranking, and are taken into account when removing maps because of bad votes

He has abused the spam abuse several times per maps.
Continued complaining non stop on Zeitgeist. Constructive criticism is fine, complaints not so much.
