He admitted cheating by posting an image of it on his profile.

I have reported his profile and his screenshot to Steam.

ADMINS - one clue for detecting if the player is using that hack : when you spec him it sounds like he is under water.
If you hear this, start pressing the YELLOW CARD, wait amap, still hear it ? RED CARD.

Then open a topic here, like I did, and I will be adding them to the ban list.

His profile also gives it away 1.1 hrs on record last played on 10 Apr Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, submitted to steam as well.
