I speaked with him, he say that just start played in hl2dm, before he played only CSGO

Then he is using cheats I think, he cannot be better than most if he has only just started ...
Unless that game gives you super powers ?

Yes he can be good, if you play fps game like Counter strike, your aim is good, so you will be good in other fps game although you dont play it
