Legit questions about players and hitreg

Hello , fairly new player and the ZEITGEIST servers , and i'm currently enjoying the HLDM:S
However I was wondering; are players real? some of them sure are real but most of them behave like bots. And thier steam account are literally empty. So, does the server uses bots to boost player numbers?
Also, will you do something about the hitreg or is HLDM:S just being a crappy game?

Thanks for registering and sharing your thoughts!

I can confirm that there are absolutely no bots on the server. All the players you see are real accounts.
I've never heard of anyone sending fake bot accounts to servers either so I doubt that's the case here, but I will look for patterns like connections etc. and see if I see something strange.

As for the hitreg issue, HLDM:S can be a bit… quirky. I'm not aware of any solid fix for it at the moment, but I will look into it and see if anything can be done to improve things.

I’ve also noticed that the crowbar seems to pack a bit more punch than the other weapons, so that’s on my radar as well. It might need some balancing, but I’ll need to experiment and see what can be done.

That's cool then! I was curious about the players because no way I can pull off the crazy killstreaks that I do ahah
As for the hit reg, fair enough, I was already telling myself it was HLDM:S being bad so no big deal

Also , yeah , the crowbar is 90% a One hit kill that's why I get pretty flustered when a player rushes to me while ' dodging ' my bullets ( hitreg being crappy ). Awesome if you do something about it
And finally, I was wondering if there was the same online leaderboards as the HL2DM one since in the server It says my rank and such ; because I cannot find it on the web page :/
