Audio pop when joining?

Hi all,

I've noticed an audio pop when i joined today, and it did it on every new map. It's a pop followed by a "FAA" which sounds like the start of an audio clip. Does anyone else get this? It's only recent.

It may be related with high CPU load on spawn, and can be more noticable when a lot players. because on spawn on the same time is drawing particles effects(sparks), play spawn sound, motd web content is loading. Source engine is very demanding for CPU resources, specificity of this engine is that regardless of visibility, all particle effects are computed, and is CPU computing .
