Is it really necessary for a player who is apparently excellent (seems to be making postal after 1 minute on pretty much every single map), to be spamming RPG non stop on players at spawn?

In general, I think that good players do not need not only RPG, but also orbs and other spam weapons. It looks cheap, shame!
