Complain - Orb Fog Visibility

Hello,
I already complained about this but I want to complain again.
The orb fog (and suicide fog probably) disturbs me because I cant see shit and the fog is massive.
The reason for this is because my default is dxlevel 80 or DirectX 8.
I already check and it isnt because of low graphics, even with high graphics, the orb fog is the same
I would like to see this fixed, or at least visible for people like me who use dxlevel 80
