It's BMS vote system, realized via weapon slots 1,2,3...i think it's proprietary thing. Can it be displayed as a text list, as current rank +- messages? Still works legacy menu like current admin menu, but its very awkward.

idk if this will help but that system also happends in cs1.6.
We can make a system like "good or bad" where people need to write the number (do this when map ended) and you can also make an intelligent system where the maps less selected will appear less
