Anyway, it makes no sense trying to reason a scammer. The most important is to raise awareness of the problem.

That player is banned from our servers since we discovered their scam , about a year ago.
I have also checked and he Never has connected to us
Therefore he is a liar. (but usually scammers are liars too)

The 1st message is FAKE - so I assume the Ukraine one is FAKE too (scammers trying to make themselves look good, how ironic)
How about apologizing for scamming thousands of people?
