Ok, I received unpleasant comments from MP afterwards. I am sure some of it is because of anger. He told me that our server was complete shit.
Because we can remove bar. And heavily insisted that we MUST remove the options to remove weapons on our server.
And he was unhappy to receive insults.

What I can conclude from this are 2 things:

1. The swear thing, was a reply from sani after mp
By the time sani spoke, mp had already started his drama in complaining about server options, and telling sani how to behave :

Then why is he using that very option ?

CONCLUSION: We are open to discussions and ideas for improvements! However, arriving and announcing that a server is completely shit and that its admins are completely shit, as well as kicking and screaming, isn't the way to do this. And will probably get the player into trouble.

Hi folks, I've read the dialogues and here's what I can say. There was no insult to anyone's mother. Play on words, no more. Perhaps Mr. mp misinterpreted the presentation, but he must understand that in Russian and Czech there are many expressions regarding mothers, and not all of them are offensive. Personally, I don't think Sani was going to offend anyone.

If the game has a weapon, whether it's an RPG or a crowbar, it should fire. If the abolition of the weapon wins the general vote, it shall be abolished. If a person screams loudly and throws insults in all directions, then he is unhappy. Maybe we just need to remember that this is just a game? And if possible, you still need to remain human.

Well I believe only 2 players have complained that I can think of with the NOBAR vote and one came around to it. At the end of the day if its voted its like over using mines or rpg etc if you can vote to remove then its fine.

Yes tashtigo I agree its only a game and should be FUN, but when someone wants to throw insults in all directions then of course punishment is right.

MP did seem to be in other confrontations with other players recently, maybe this server is just not right for him.
