VPN in Romania, cannot add as friend, private steam ID , something to hide ?

Because of all the trouble we have been having recently with trollers, toxic players and so on, we have to be a bit more careful.
At the moment it would be wise not to accept players who connect via a vpn, with private profiles and who seem to know the server well, read below ...

1. French players said they were off but only on the microphone, and he also decided to disconnect ... despite the fact he only speaks English in the chat... could be a coincidence
2. His profile is hidden, quite new (steam ID length), and he uses a cyberghost VPN
3. The player only plays at ZG
4. The player seems to know quite a few commands
5. The player only started appearing soon after 2 recent bans

That player will be banned, reason: Please provide your original steam account to an admin

Has asked to be banned.

He said he is connecting from a VPN in switzerland, he is a UNI and they do not allow steam...
We have asked the player to register on our forum NOT using VPN and using their email address, that will allow us to verify his identity.

So far nothing.... so that is a dead giveaway, we will update that topic should there be a registration.
