It has been loads of rtv bug, when the rtv vote win but map wont change. That is really annoying having to play in a undesirable map for 10 minutes
I think the cause of this is the start rtvs. So, when a map starts, a lot of people that were in spec are "playing" and maybe they can fuck with the rtv system.
My suggestion is to allow rtv when all afk people were in spec (for example 30 sec after) or verify the votes when a person says rtv, even if the rtv vote had won.
