SUGGESTION : Another Leaderboard

So, I noticed that the existing leaderboard shows scores and all other data of every player ever played at ZG and has been saving changes in this data from ever since that leaderboard was created. Its fine, it shows about everything one would like to know about any player. But the problem is that the players who have been playing from a really long time, are securing the top ranks. And just stating facts here, I have played with many players above my rank and many of these players weren't very good against me. and I do earn points, of course, that's not the issue... The issue, however, is that since they have been playing for such a long time, it is going to take me quite a long time to get a better rank than them. Now while I like to play hl2dm for fun, there is a part of me that wants to be competitive. So, I could bear with this at some point but here comes this another issue: sometimes a player plays against me, he plays quite scarcely at ZG but has a skillset nearly equal to or greater than my own skillset. So, even though I manage to win the match, I lose points in BIG amounts and that is because I believe they are of a rank lower than mine. So, rank is OK but that doesn't precisely tell a player's skillset and winning the match doesn't always mean that one gains points.
AND another irritating issue is that some of these high rankers don't play at ZG a lot of time. Wy do they have to? is the question that comes in mind. Well, how am I going to then find out who is better (me or them) and in accordance to the existing methods of point evaluation, I can only rank up faster if I can fight them (resulting in increase of my points and decrease of their points if I manage to play better than them). But that can only happen if they Play frequently.
So all that being said, I would like to provide a suggestion to add another leaderboard (say LB2) alongside the existing leaderboard. However, LB2's data will be refreshed on a regular interval basis, be it once in a week, once in a month... doesn't matter. What matters is that the leaderboard has to be refreshed because I would really like to see myself in rank 1 sometime in at least some leaderboard. and that won't (can't) happen in the existing leaderboard but there is a possibility for it to happen in LB2.
and I guess the method for evaluating points and showing them for LB2 need to be different. But I don't really see that as a issue for me. I would just love to have LB2 in ZG
So that would also be a request of mine to the admins. Please look into it! I already love ZG a lot and this addition of LB2 will literally make me want to play more at ZG.
