Ja,... well as far as I see this has helped , was was keeping a close look yesterday evening and it did wonders! if anything at lease it delayed the RQ's giving the new player a tase of the server.

By the way, do not worry about the new strong ones, they will reach the 5000 points before you know it. And their advantages will disappear MUCH sooner than the noob ones

Is it possible to make it so that the player does not notice that he has extra armor, for example, so that he takes less damage, how is it done in some modern multiplayer FPS?

I think the idea to protect the new players is great, and as far as i have seen so far it seems to work wonders. Zen has a valid point when it comes to good players coming in the server for the first time. An easy way to sort them out could be to register f.ex headshots. when they start to make consecutive headshots with the magnum, or consecutive crossbow kills, then its time to cancel the noob protection. or if kill/death ratio is more than 2/1. if something like this is in place, it would be safe to extend their protection a little bit. For the weakest players that fall under 1/3 kill/death ratio, that should trigger a bigger boost, like 200 health, 100 armor, or more.
Second point of Zen, yes you are right, they have to learn to play the game. But first they need to have the motivation to learn, and to learn with us, not the other servers. if they can have a real ego boost the first time they come to us, they will come back for more. And trust me, their ego will be shattered into pieces later.
Another issue is the points, its a little discouraging to loose a heck of a lots of points because of this. earlier today i lost 450 points for each kill to a new player that had a crowbar. And it doesnt encourage going easy on him. I would have been better that when a player is in "noob protect" we also dont loose so many points. That way it would be ok to let them blast away!!
